Woke up this morning feeling good. Lean. No bloat. No regret spiral. No "ugh what did I do this weekend."

Just… proud of myself. But let me be SO for real when I say...it was NOT always this way. Not even close. In fact, I was the exact opposite. But I didn't let myself stay stuck in that old familiar self-sabotage loop and that's why I'm waking up today feeling ON FIIIIIRE after a solid weekend.

Not because I was perfect, but because I was ME all weekend. The same woman Saturday that I am Tuesday.

And that's the difference.

Yes there's strategy. What to eat, how to navigate the restaurant and the "let's just order pizza" moments.
