2.5 weeks post hysterectomy + surgical menopause and I genuinely cannot believe how good Iām feeling. Like⦠I heard so many people say "you're only regret will be not doing it sooner" and good lord, they are right.š like why did I put this off so long - 2025 was SO ROUGH. I had my 2-week post-op appointment with my doctor and everything is looking really great. I started hormone replacement therapy immediately out of surgery and Iām feeling more like me than I have in a long time...I fear I will never shut up about HRT, because simply put: LIFE CHANGING...but I'm actually covering alllll about all of it on YouTube -video drops end of this week (this is my channel if you want to subscribe) Iām sharing the full story: why I had a hysterectomy, why I chose surgical menopause at 35 years old, a peek at my whole 2 weeks post-op (I filmed quite a bit, the day after videos are kinda embarrassing but š¤·āāļøš¤·āāļø), and my game plan for this whole Goal Body Rebuild Season.
