🗓️Countdown App and Calendar

Download a Countdown app on your phone, pick a picture that inspires you, and make your "goal date" a countdown. This can help you stay grounded and motivated, plus it creates urgency! Also works by putting your countdown somewhere more visible, like your bathroom wall, your closet, your desk, etc - a place you will see it often and be reminded.

📝Journal

Journaling about why you're doing this cannot be skipped. If you think this part isn't actually that important, yet you never see your goals through...well, enough said. You need to get connected to why you're doing this. Spend some time sitting with this. Write about it. Make it real.
