4 weeks until memorial day β€” here's your game plan


Hello and happy Tuesday! Cannot even believe I am saying this, but April is like...over. WHAT! Did it blow by insanely fast for you too or was it just me?

With that...we've got four weeks until Memorial Day and I'm not going to sugarcoat it...the women who feel amazing at that cookout aren't the ones who start a crash diet this week. They're the ones who do a few simple things consistently between now and then. That's exactly what this week's episode is about. And Meghan's story below? Proof that simple works.

Episode 178. 5 things to do right now if Memorial Day has you panicking

This is not the episode where I tell you to trust the process. This is the one where I give you five specific things to do RIGHT NOW so you're standing at that cookout feeling like the healthiest, hottest, best version of yourself. No fluff. No "just believe in yourself." Real moves.

Did I shed a tear over this transformation update this week - yes or yes?πŸ₯² HAD to share the inspo with you ladies.

Meghan came to me over 3 years ago thinking that losing weight meant depriving herself, eating boring food, and missing out on life. Her words: "I shudder to think of where I would be had I not made that decision."

45 pounds gone. Size 10 to a 2-4. But here's the part that makes me lose it every time β€” the weight was the SMALLEST thing that changed.

She left a relationship that wasn't serving her. Started a new career. Found someone who truly loves and supports her. She said: "I can honestly say I am a new woman β€” the woman that was always there but too shy to come out."

She went from believing she'd have to eat chicken breast and broccoli every day just to TRY to lose weight... to realizing it was her old habits, mindset, and beliefs about food that were actually depriving her from enjoying life.
